I have scenes set up on my alarm.com app. I’m using alarm.com app to always arm my house (arm stay) every nigh with sleep scene. the way its set up it:
Arm Stay (no exit delay)
set my temperatures
make sure my garage doors are close
all locks are close.
all lights are off.
Every night I hear Arm stay from downstairs and for the last nights I heard system start counting down like no exit delay is ignored. I check everything is set correctly. Am I missing something ?
I am seeing the sleep scene trigger around 9:41 PM with an Arm Stay command. If you look locally at Settings > Status > History at that time, what does the panel show?
Did the panel physically arm away?
As a test, edit the Sleep Scene in ADC and select the parameters that you want, then save. You may need to change a paramater, then change it back before ADC will allow you to save. This will re-push the scene to ensure it is using the correct choices.
Tyler sorry my title was wrong. This happens when arming stay. I did what you said and no changes.
I think it’s a bug in 2.7 firmware release. Here is how I test it. From the panel if I arm stay and selected no delay it will start a 30 second counter. It should just arm stay right away, no countdown. From the app if I do the same selection arm stay with checkbox selected no delay it will start a counter down, again it should arm stay right away without a counter.
So pretty much doing it from the panel or app selecting no delay no longer functions. I believe that is the firmware because no matter what I do locally from the panel it will not acknowledge no delay.
Let me know if you have a panel you can test and if you do let me know the outcome.
I already try to reset my panel multiple times last night.

That is not how that feature works. When arming and selecting “No Delay” that means you are choosing to arm with no Entry Delay. That is a method of arming in what other systems might call “Night Mode” or “Max” etc.
It means entry delay sensors are treated as perimeter zones essentially for that arming period.
The No Delay option chosen during arming on the panel or in the app has no effect on whether there will be an exit countdown and never has, just the entry delay.
The IQ Panel does have a setting allowing you to choose Arm Stay - No Delay, which allows you to arm immediately without an exit delay all the time, and typically remote commands will not result in a countdown anyway, the panel will just immediately arm, however this changes if you enable Scenes support on the panel.
In firmware 2.4.0 + when Scenes support is enabled for the panel, arming the system stay or away will always follow the panel’s normal exit delay.
To disable, go into Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Installer Settings and turn off Scenes Support.
