I would like to arm PowerG curtain motion sensors (just these, not other house motion sensors) when I arm the system Stay. Is that possible?

Yes, you can set those curtain detectors to behave that way by changing their Sensor Group to 15 instead of 17. Settings > Advanced Settings > Installer Code > Installation > Devices > Security Sensors > Edit Sensor.
