I am not there at the location yet.
I have ATT in current location so I could test that if you subscribe it.
I do not have TM in this area, but will have in the target area, but I’m not there now to test and
must know before going.
Do you know what is minimum required firmware version for ATT, TM, VZ?

You can use this module check tool to determine whether a cellular module is unregistered and available for use.
It looks like you are referring to GE Simon Modules, in which case you can also tell by the firmware version. X152 denotes a 2G module, which no, cannot be used to set up an account. A new Simon module would be required.
AT&T 2G is no longer signaling at all in fact, as the carrier has shut down that network.

Module firmware on Simon XT/XTi works a bit differently. The firmware cannot be updated and is just tied to the physical model. You would be looking for X170 or higher for a compatible module.
