I am waffling on this - is the dual tech honeywell PIR worth the extra money? I don’t have pets at the moment but have lived in a loft that had lots of light and the heat threw off single tech PIRs - granted that was 25 years ago! (I suspect the technology has improved somewhat). I will need 7 PIRs total so that’s a chunk of change.
If you don’t have pets then I’d say you can get away without needing the Dual Tech Honeywell motion detectors. I would suggest using the Resolution Products motion detectors. I’ve found them to be more reliable in general.
