Are doorbell cameras not supported in the Alarm.com AppleTV app?

When I launch the alarm.com AppleTV app and sign in, it says “You’re account includes the live video feature but has no cameras. Please contact your dealer for more information.”

I only have a doorbell camera, so I am wondering if it is not supported.

Live view from the Skybell doorbell camera is only available through the standard mobile App.

I believe the live view for the new Alarm.com-made doorbell camera coming soon should be available on the website and video app.
