No. The Apple Watch allows commands to be sent using Actionable Notifications. However, the user must be logged in to the Customer app to successfully complete any action performed using the notification.

How do I install the Alarm.com app on the Apple Watch?

  1. Open the Watch app on the iPhone.
  2. Tap Search at the bottom.

Add the Alarm.com complication to a watch face using the Apple Watch:

Complications are customizable UI elements on the face of an Apple Watch product. The Apple Watch face can be customized with an Alarm.com complication that offers quick access to your system.

  • You must have watchOS version 5.0+ and be logged into the app on the corresponding phone in order to use the app on the Apple Watch.
  1. Go to the Home screen.
    • To return to the Home screen from another app or screen, press the Digital Crown (dial on the side of the watch).
  2. Firmly press and hold the display.
  3. The Home screen will zoom out and Customize will appear below the current watch face.
    • Note : Some watch faces are not customizable. If the face is not customizable, there will be no Customize option. Swipe left or right to select a face that has the Customize option.
  4. Tap Customize.
  5. At the top of the watch face are small dots. This indicates the number of pages that can be edited. Swipe to a page with small square boxes.
  6. Tap the location on the face that the Alarm.com Complication will be added to.
  7. Rotate the Digital Crown (dial on the side of the watch) to scroll through available complication icons.
  8. To save any changes, press the Digital Crown.
  9. Tap the watch face or press the Digital Crown to set this as the current face.
