I can log in to the app just fine, but I am not able to send any commands (arm/disarm, lock doors, etc) through the app. My app (apple) and my wife’s app (android) are both having this issue. Is there an alarm.com issue or would my system not be communicating to the app for some reason?
Has this been occurring for any length of time? I notice on the account that it took some time for a number of arm commands to register, but all went through at once recently. Signal strength requests have come back immediately, so it is at the very least intermittent. Can you attempt to send a few more disarm/arm commands to check if it was a fluke?
