App says no active sensors and reads door always as closed

Just switched from a local alarm.com vendor to surety. They previously hardwired 4 door contact sensors and 3 motion detectors. Had no problem switching the account with the imei number and reinstalled alarm.com, the app door lock works and it can arm and disarm, but the app reads that all doors are closed and doesnt register any sensors when it sets the alarm (for example there are no sensors to bypass). The panel registers all the doors and still chimes when I open and close them. Seems there may be a disconnect with the panel and app?

If you haven’t tried already it might be worth rebooting the panel. I think it syncs sensors when it boots up.

Currently showing some sensor activity in Alarm.com. Has this issue resolved on your end? If not was the panel rebooted?
