App issues not responding

My alarm.com app has an alert that reads Radio not responding. I can not control any devices through the app or website. The IQ panel is still controlling the devices. I have already updated my app and it is still not working.

That means your control panel can’t communicate with Alarm.com. Updating the app wouldn’t change that.

Is there a cellular outage in your area? Are you using dual path (cellular and internet)?

I am in the Tampa Florida area so there are a lot of outages but I tested the wifi at the panel and checked out ok. Do I need cellular?

That dual path broadband test is indicating that the panel cannot communicate over your internet to Alarm.com. Cellular is out too, resulting in the Radio not Responding status. There are a lot of systems in the area which experienced this due to the hurricane, but it looks like most have resolved. There may be isolated areas when cell service is impacted, but in this case it looks like the panel may be causing the issue instead now.

It looks like your MyQ garage is still reporting status so it looks like your internet is indeed working, correct?

I see multiple power outages in your trouble history, surges may have impacted the panel.

Can you try a power down and reboot? On the panel go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down.

Leave the panel off for 20 minutes. Then power it up by holding the side button.
