I have not had this work for me although I have subscribed for the past several months
I have multiple sensors that went offline
i changed the batteries and they went back offline the next day
what is the problem?

I have multiple sensors that went offline
“Offline” status is referring to sensor supervision.
Supervision is the heartbeat signal that lets the panel know that a sensor is present and functional. When supervision signals are missed, “offline” errors occur for that sensor.
It looks like about half of your sensors are reporting offline malfunction. This many sensors showing the same error at once would typically indicate signal interference of some kind, or a panel issue.
Where is the panel itself located? Is it near a large source of metal?
Are the offline sensors farther from the panel?
It looks like all offline sensors are doors/windows. What model of sensor are they?
