All of my Lutron Shades have disappeared from account. In my rules it states no shades are associated with my account

I sent an equipment check and it looks like a few shades are showing. Is that all of them?

Hard to say with certainty, but the account link was still there and all we did was request an updated equipment list, so likely a sync issue between Lutron API and ADC.
Did you make any Lutron changes lately?
