All Cameras Inoperative

I’ve been using surety for a while and everything usually worked fine, but recently, every camera (except my doorbell) stopped working. I’ve tried unplugging and resetting the router, with no luck.

I am showing three cameras not communicating. 2 x ADC-VC838PF and 1 x ADC-VC727P.

All of these cameras are PoE. Does the Ethernet connection provide power or are you using a separate AC Adapter to power these cameras?

Are these cameras receiving power? What color is the LED on the camera itself?

The first thing you should try is power cycling the cameras themselves. Remove power for a couple minutes, then reapply power. Wait 5 minutes or so for the camera to reboot then test for functionality.

Two of the three have a red LED and the third has no light.

A solid red light typically indicates that the camera is powered, but does not have an internet connection. No light indicates that the camera is not receiving power.

Have there been changes with your internet recently?

What are the cameras wired to?
