I have a Honeywell Vista hardwired alarm system at my house with a cellular radio for comm. It has 16 zones with Fire/heat/smoke, CO and propane sensors.
My house was built in 2006. The chip on the Vista panel is WA20PSIA-V10.23, Honeywell 2014 REV 10.23
Am I able to use a SEM or would it be better to integrate this into a 2GIG GC3 Alarm.com system using 2 Super Switches and keep all of my sensors? If so, will you provide an equipment list?

This would be the Honeywell Vista 20P which would be compatible with the Alarm.com System Enhancement Module, or SEM. This would allow your system to connect to Alarm.com via cellular as well as add z-wave control.
Note that the SEM is not 2-Way Voice compatible nor does it have a compatible Image Sensor.

Switching to the GC3 would be personal preference. If you like the touchscreen and the option to utilize 2-way voice (if using 24/7 central station monitoring) as well as image sensors. Interacting with and adding sensors to the 2GIG GC3 is certainly more user friendly than the Honewell vista 20P. If you plan on expanding the amount of sensors you’ll be using, it may be more desirable to have the GC3.
The 2GIG-TAKE-345 would allow you to utilize your existing hardwired sensors with the exception of Life Safety Devices. Hardwired life safety devices would need to be replaced with compatible wireless devices, with the exception of Smoke detectors as you can utilize the 2GIG-FF345 FireFighter to monitor your interconnected smoke detectors. You would also need the 2GIG GC3 with an unregistered 3G or better cellular module as well.
