How do I stop the constant notifications on my phone from when my alarm went off 5 days ago?
I have an alarm.com system.
It doesn’t appear this is related to an account through Surety so I am limited in what I can assist you with.
If the panel is in alarm, you will need to disarm the system. If the system is disarmed but you are still receiving notifications, login to the Alarm.com website (not mobile app) and check the Alerts and Issues section at the top of the page for any on going issues.
Otherwise, you will need to reach out to your Alarm.com service provider for assistance with this specific issue.
