We had an alarm activated after a user entry via our river house front door user code was entered. Can you look at my settings and tell me why it did not disarm the alarm . Thank you
Looking at your account, I see a disarm when unlocked automation rule but it is turned off and appears to have been so during the last alarm event.
View the Automation page in Alarm.com to view and toggle on the rule.
Thank you…several were turned off, but i didnt change them…thank you for the info i reset them.
