I am currently using an IQ4 345 MHz panel with two IQ remotes, an ADC-VBD770 Video Doorbell, plus two image sensors a DSC PG9934P Power G wireless PIR/Pet Immune Motion Detector with Integrated Camera (sensor pool) and a DSC PG9944 Outdoor Power G wireless PIR/Pet Immune Motion Detector with Integrated Camera (sensor garage)

I would like to trigger all 6 images and video devices after an alarm away is activated.

When testing the alarm trigger it does not give me an image on the PG9944.

On the ADC Website if I go to Settings>Manage Devices>Security System 3 dots> Device Settings>Rules>Panel camera Alarm Image Uploads and try to edit the rule I get the following screen:

It does not give me an ability to verify the sensor pool image will be triggered after alarm.
How can I make sure all 6 image/video are active after an alarm?

  • Video Cameras take video during an alarm state using the recording rule Alarm Schedule

  • The Automation rule Panel Camera Alarm Image Uploads is for the panel camera and Image Sensors, in this case the sensors labeled Sensor Pool, Sensor Garage, and the Panel Camera are associated with this rule

    • The Image Sensors are automatically associated with this rule, you can confirm which devices are associated with the rule from the Automation > Rules page.

Captured images are saved in the Images event gallery, found by clicking on the Image Card on the ADC website, or through the Images tab in the ADC app.

The Qolsys IQ Remote secondary keypad does not support sending images to Alarm.com. Alarm images would be accessable from the Panel Camera page on the IQ Remote or IQ Panel 4.

During my test alarm the both images on the IQ Remotes were in the Images/Gallery in the ADC App?

To confirm, IQ Remote Images did appear in ADC?

Their information may be outdated, I will reach out to confirm

Yep it was on the app, I am running the latest i did update software to 4.10 awhile back?

Nothing in the TSB for 4.1.0 that specifically calls out the IQ Remote images being passed to ADC.

I can replicate this, Its possible ADC just has old information that needs to be updated.

Looks like this is regarding an IQ Panel 4 and PowerG Image Motion Detectors, correct?

PowerG PIR cameras are only compatible with capturing alarm and Peek-in Now images. You cannot enable other image sensor rules for them.
