No.
But an Image Sensor can (2GIG-IMAGE1) and a video add-on plan isnt required
The Image Sensors are color, and night vision infared Indoor still cameras (QVGA 320 x 240 resolution) that pull double duty as full fledged passive infared motion detectors (35’ x 40’ high, 30’ x40’ normal, 25’ x 40’ low) that are programmed as sensors on the panel.

ADC video cameras use basic video motion detection which can’t be relied on to trigger alarms without causing false alarms. PIR motion detectors and Image Sensors use infrared motion detection which is more reliable.
