Alarm.com Video Fire TV app won't show cameras

My cameras have been working for a long time on my wall mounted Fire TV as a CCTV monitor. The other day the cameras stopped showing up. Now the screen just says

Your account includes the live video feature but has no cameras. Please contact your dealer for more information.

It still say this even after I log out and log back in. I can see them fine on my phone and on the website. Any ideas?

Looks like you have multiple logins on this account. Are you using the primary account login to access the video app or one of the secondary logins?

Have you tried using a different login? Any difference?
