Alarm.com released a firmware upgrade (version 02234) for the ADC-VDB770 Video Doorbell. This upgrade resolves an issue where the video timestamp would sometimes display an incorrect value. This version also resolves an issue where a small number of devices were entering the low temperature thermal mode but the associated Device Warm-Up Mode trouble condition was not properly triggering. Existing devices will be updated over the coming weeks through an automated overnight firmware upgrade process.
