Onboard Recording Alerts for MicroSD Card Removal and No Schedule Created Trouble Conditions
Users with 24/7 Onboard Recording can now set up notifications for certain onboard-related issues. Previously, if a MicroSD card was removed or a recording schedule had not been created, banners in the Alarm.com website and mobile app flagged these issues but no notifications were sent. Now, users can configure notifications via push notification and email to alert them swiftly so they can get their cameras recording again. Users can configure the alerts from the Notifications section on web and mobile. End a “Log in with Access” Session Early
Service providers and users can now end a “Log in with Access” session early if dealer access to the Alarm.com account is no longer needed. (Used for Surety Cam Pro setup) This ability is available to users via an Account Access Request email.
Event Limit Warning Notifications for AI Deterrence
Users with the AI Deterrence (AID) feature enabled will now receive automatic notifications when they are projected to exceed their event limit for the month at specified thresholds. For example, if an account has expended more than 50 percent of its AID event quota before halfway through the month, the user will receive a warning notification.
