Curious, I haven’t been able to replicate - does viewing on the website improve the app status updates for a period of time? Have you noticed them out of sync yet again?
It seems to update it for some time but it’s not a permanent fix. I think, but I haven’t tested, that the next time the target temp changes, the app can fall out of sync again. It’s interesting because the actual current temp appears to always be accurate, at least it falls within the range that I’d expect to see given outside temps and what the set points are.
Same deal today FYI but this time I had to refresh the cards on the website more than once before they were right. After that, the app refreshed right away to the correct values.
Thank you for the follow ups. Yes, this is indicative of the issue ADC reps described to me, so we should see a permanent fix sooner than later. A few reporting issues are currently being addressed.
The actual function of the system should not be affected (the commands going through)
