The Latest Web Browsers Create a Better Experience
In our ongoing efforts to ensure you have the best experience with the Alarm.com mobile app and website, we will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 (IE11).
Starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020 , we will display a quick, simple pop-up message to anyone who logs into Alarm.com using IE11 to let them know they should switch to a more optimal browser. One month following the pop-up message, users will no longer be able to log in on IE11.
We suggest that customers use any of the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Ensuring you are using the latest web browsers will enhance your experience with your Alarm.com system so that you can use the latest features and updates.
