Alarm.com shows window open

Hello alarm.com is showing my office window open. It is closed and working properly on the go panel, can you reset it on the alarm.com side?

Are you looking at this on the website or app? I do not see that sensor reporting as open. It does report as having opened and closed (which means within 3 minutes both occurred.)

Have you refreshed the sensor list?

It was both on the website and App over the last couple weeks…However whatever you did fixed it…thanks
