What does it mean when the app shows RTS devices as Unpaired?
The RTS remote temp sensor can be used strictly for temp sensing purposes, or it can be paired with an ADC-T2000 thermostat on the system to average the current temperature.
If you have a colder or warmer than usual room in the house, the RTS can be used to average the temp with the T2000 to affect when heating/cooling is called by the thermostat.
To “Pair” one with a thermostat, login to the Alarm.com website and click on the thermostat card. Click on the little thermometer icon on the card and click the check-box for the RTS you want to assign to the thermostat.
