Hi, my housekeepers came to my house today, but I noticed that none of the security events were logged
I see that a video recording was triggered when they arrived and when they left about an hour later… but all the doors that they opened were not logged.
The panel is not currently responding to a signal strength request or ping. It looks like communication may have recently failed. When you are able, please try running a cell phone test at your panel. What are the results?
If you do not have communication after the cell phone test, try power cycling your panel, unplug transformer first, then battery, wait two minutes, then plug in the battery followed by the transformer. Wait two more minutes after boot-up and try another cell test. Does this resolve the issue?
Well apparently there was a massive ATT outage - seems to be back up now.
