I do see you are currently running an older software on your panel. Can you update to the latest firmware version 4.6.1 and test again.
To update, you need to do it in increments. The first update should be to 4.4.2 and then followed by 4.6.1. Instructions for the updates can be found in the Firmware release information as and I will also include a video with step by step on updating. Just be sure you use the correct patch tag.
