Alarm.com mobile and computer not working

my alarm.com app from cell and computer not responding to anything today. Both
my wife and I cell phone.

To clarify, it looks like you were having some delay in commands, correct? I see commands being sent, then taking a while to go through, but they all report as successful. The last arming command looks to have had a 15 minute delay.

This kind of delay is not normal, but can happen due to issues unrelated to the local system. Often if a delay occurs but resolves itself, it is indicative of possible carrier maintenance or other issue by the cell carrier.

I just sent a ping command which was responded to quickly by the panel. Are you still experiencing this issue currently?
