I had Surety before but I didn’t renew one month and it automatically cancelled. I’m trying to set everything back up and I can’t log into Alarm.com. If i try to use the reset username/password options, those emails don’t come through. Any ideas?
I see a subscription purchased related to this login, however account activation has not been completed. The activation process creates your Alarm.com account, during which you’ll set up your login credentials.
Whenever a subscription is cancelled, the Alarm.com account is also cancelled, which deletes that account. A new subscription lets you activate a new account.
