Apparently I forgot my password, and attempted to log in too many times. Now I am being redirected to a lockout page. Will this resolve itself over time? Or do I need to contact someone?
A lockout will revert after a time, however I have gone ahead and unlocked that for you. You should be able to login normally. If you have forgotten the passcode, please use the password help tool here.
I think I’m having the same problem however I didn’t get a lock out notification. Please help.

Alarm.com accounts use one password for each account, logging in to the website or the app are the same credentials.
