Hello! I’ve been loving your guys service, it’s been great but recently on my iPhone’s alarm.com app I can’t control the alarm (arm or disarm). I can control the locks just fine, just not the alarm. The buttons to arm and disarm are grayed out no matter what state the alarm system is in. What’s weird though is it works just fine on other people’s iPhones that are in the household that have the app. If it helps everyone including myself has an iPhone. Any help would be awesome! Thanks!
Just so you guys know, the latest Alarm.com app is not working 100% with iOS 9 beta2. That actually was the problem, not the latest update.
Are you by chance using iOS 9?
We have heard similar reports.
