Hi All - friend has recently signed up surety , while activating system it ask for Alarm .com user id and IMEI info . pls guide found IMEI from the panel but are we suppose to get automated email from Surety with Alarm .com credentials or we need to create one ourself?
The account creation process starts on the Surety website. Login and access System Manager to begin:
You’ll need to follow all instructions in the System Manager section for account creation. Once you get to the final step, you will be prompted to log in to Alarm.com from the Surety website. At that point, Alarm.com will have you create your own credentials for the Alarm.com account.
In first step only - it ask for Alarm.com details shall i keep that blank?
You’ll need to enter all information include your panel’s 15-digit IMEI and a new, unique, Alarm.com Username. You choose the Alarm.com Username. ADC Usernames must be unique. The page will throw an error if the ADC Username is already in use.
