My daughter left the house at 6:32 am. The front door was locked at 6:33 am. The system was “armed stay” at 6:33 am and they the history shows the front door sensor "open/closed at 6:35 am. If the front door was reopened at 6:35, why didn’t the alarm go off?
There are a couple things that could be occurring.
For some reason, the panel may have reported that the sensor opened without actually having the sensor opening, which is why the alarm never triggered. The sensor itself never told the panel it was open. It would be helpful to have the event history from the panel to cross reference it with the event history on Alarm.com to see if there are any discrepancies.
