As of April 2023, Alarm.com no longer supports integration of Lutron RadioRA2 systems through the legacy process of linking the Main Repeater.
All communication of devices added in this fashion will cease and those Lutron devices will no longer be accessible in Alarm.com.
Instead, all support for RadioRa2 will shift to support only the Lutron app and Connect Bridge. To get started you will need:
- Lutron Connect Bridge
- Lutron RadioRA 2 + HWQS app
- RadioRA 2 Main Repeater with firmware version 6.1.0 +
OR - HomeWorks QS processor with firmware version 5.1.0 +
Steps to connect your Lutron RadioRa2 are below:
- Log into the Alarm.com website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Manage Devices.
- Click Add Device.
- Click Lighting and Appliance Control.
- Click Lutron and Lutron Connect.
- Click Begin Installation.
- Enter the email address and password associated with the Lutron account, then click Sign In.
- Click Authorize.
- It may take several minutes before the device appears on the account.
