This ‘Enterprise’ tab seems a bit redundant and useless (same functionality as the security tab ‘users’), can it be removed?
We can remove it for you, yes.
It’s actually not being included in new Gold accounts by ADC (was removed as an option some time ago, year maybe) as it was not a widely used feature and is limited in usefulness to commercial property. It is used to make changes and view status across multiple systems.

Interesting. Well, it is removed as a feature, but I still see the tab. Same on my account. ADC may have changed the site organization. Having them take a look to remove the tab. It is superfluous.

Any response for ADC on why this superfluous "Enterprise’ tab is still showing?
Unfortunately no. However alarm.com reps indicated that it was happening on a larger number of accounts. Should be addressed soon
This should be resolved on all affected accounts.
