I have an alarm.com CSVR already hooked up to several cameras. I finally got it installed on my surety account. Now when I try to log into the CSVR directly, both my surety and alarm.com password do not work. MAC [removed by admin]
With the CSVR, it uses a password that is different than your Alarm.com or Surety login.
If you need to change the password on the CSVR:
- Log in to the Alarm.com Customer website
- Click Video
- Click Settings
- Select your CSVR
- Click Local Display
- In Local Device Password , enter the desired password
- Make sure Password Protection is checked if you want the password requirement to stay enabled.
- Click Save
