I have home automation and security through suretyCAM and have a question about my garage door. I have a Chaimberlain MyQ Internet Gateway to connect my alarm.com app to my garage door. It works great, except I have two garage doors. How can I set up my alarm.com to control both door and give reports on both doors. Currently it only ‘knows’ about one door and so I cannot open/close or get notifications about my second door. Thanks
An additional door can be added, but the needed equipment would be determined by the model of Gateway you use. What is the model number of your Gateway? Is it the wifi universal hub? Or does it plug into your router via cable?
