Not receiving notifications on iPhone X. The allow notification slider is on but no notification is ever received…
A few things to check:
Did you enable Push Notifications in the Alarm.com App on that phone?
Did you add that phone as a recipient to the desired notifications?
Did you allow at least 5-10 minutes after making those changes to test the notifications?
