Alarm.com app is unresponsive

Hello,

I’ve noticed significant time lag from when I send commands through the app to when it takes effect. Lately, I haven’t been able to control thermostats, lights or even arm the alarm! This is an intermittent problem that is more consistently a steady failure. Please help!

In order to better assist you can you give me some additional information?

-Are these issues recent or have they been going on for awhile?
-Are the delays intermittent or are they all the time?
-Is the app up to date?
-What is the typical signal strength of the mobile device you are using?
-Do you use a Cellular Network Extender in your home?
