Any idea when a functioning app will be released? The new update crashes every time it launches.

A few questions to better assist:

  • How long has it been doing this?
  • Which version of the app are you using? You can confirm in the app via the menu icon. The app version will appear at the top of the screen.
  • What version iPhone do you have/what Software Version are you on? You can find this on your phone via Settings -> General -> About.

Regarding troubleshooting, have you tried rebooting your phone and/or deleting the ADC mobile app and re-installing?

4.10.14 was just posted in the app store as a fix. I’m surprised you guys aren’t aware of the issue. The previous version posted on Tuesday broke the app and it wouldn’t launch.

I can confirm the new version just posted works now. I guess I should have posted 2 days ago when the issue surfaced. The app store is full of 1 star reviews related to the failed update.

A stable 4.10.14 was available at least yesterday it looks like. We actually updated a test iOS device just yesterday to that version for unrelated testing.

It is strange, but yes I hadn’t seen any other users report this yet. Should be good to download the current version though.
