New Feature: Offline Camera Recovery via Bluetooth
If one of your Alarm.com cameras goes offline, the mobile app can now guide you through reconnecting it yourself with no service call needed.
When a supported camera loses its connection, the app detects this automatically and walks you through a simple, step-by-step Bluetooth reconnection process. This means less downtime and a faster path back to full coverage.
Supported devices:
- ADC-V730 (firmware 05019 or later)
- ADC-V731B (firmware 8.0.5 or later)
- ADC-VDB775 (firmware 04016 or later)
To access this feature: Mobile App → Video → Settings → Select your device → Reconnect Device
