I just tried activating my account last night and it said my alarm.com account was unable to be activated and that you would be in touch. I checked system manager again this morning and it had all my information saved, said my username couldn’t be used but that my Q4 panel was already registered to an existing alarm.com account.
Thanks for reaching out! I just checked on your subscription and the error that occurred. I can confirm your account activation has been pushed through and you should be able to return to the system manager now.
Does it move on to the next activation step now?
No, it won’t let me move on from the activation step. It says my username is unavailable and that the IMEI for my Q4 panel is already registered with an alarm.com account. It’s basically asking me to apply for another alarm.com account
Thank you, I see the issue that occurred. I have manually skipped the process and you should see the normal system manager now. Your panel is communicating according to Alarm.com history so you should be able to login to Alarm.com.
