Alarm.com account cancelled

I was out of country and during that time my cc expired and so my alarm.com account was cancelled. Alarm.com said to contact surety. When I logged in here I see two accounts of which one shows active. I still cannot login to alarm.com. I requested a password and nothing came yet.

Can you please help me?.

I looked into this account and see that our customer service team needed additional info for the order and has sent a number of follow up emails between 8/29 and 9/8 regarding the subscription purchase.
