Alarm but no request for passcode by CS?

Hi guys,

This morning around ~5:00am my dog had the great ideato chew on my car keys and as such manage to trip my IQ panic fob signaling a police emergency :man_facepalming:t2:. I immediately disarmed and called my local PSAP to cancel the alarm as I know panic alarms are dispatch first, call later. When Avantguard called they just wanted to verify everything was ok and when I told them what happened they said they were glad everything was ok and would disregard after hanging up I’m thinking back and realized they didn’t ask for a passcode? Is this normal? Would it be because I had disarmed the alarm when it tripped so they could see an abort signal( my account is set up to still call when an abort is received but they still usually ask for a passcode)?

Hello, yes looking at the alarm event it would be due to the fact that an abort signal was received already.
