My alarm app went out after noon today… I was unable to turn off system to leave house with phone or IPad… I had to use key fob… Why???
Happy to help. We may need a bit more info, looking at the history. It looks like there was a successful mobile command to trigger a scene at 1:13 pm EST. I don’t see any further attempts at mobile commands, though. I do see a couple keyfob actions more recently.
Are you saying you are unable to login to the app? Are you perhaps using home page widgets to trigger the scenes?
If you are able to login, could you try sending a command now? We can take a look at the history for any commands.
