Alarm activation

I think I made an error when activating my alarm system and had two different choices in my cart when I checked out. System still not showing as active, any ideas?

Apologies for the confusion. You should not be able to purchase two service plans at the same time in one order, I have let our IT team know about this issue so they can take a look at it. Because of this error, there is no attached subscription from which to activate your new account.

I have refunded the order 517596, depending on your payment method, this may take a few business days to post to your applicable account.

In the meantime, you will want to login an make a new purchase for the service plan (just one). This will create the necessary subscription and allow you to create the new account via the System Manager tab of your Surety account.
