Hi, I have a Genie 2128 garage door opener with built-in Aladdin Connect. The model (and Aladdin Connect in general) claim to be compatible with Alarm.com. For the life of me, I can’t find any information on how to add the garage door opener to my Qolsys IQ Panel 2+. Can anyone direct me to some information on how to add the unit?

Happy to assist! I know the integration exists, but it appears to be limited at this time and not available through Surety. I have reached out to Alarm.com to clarify on what we can do to get this integration working for Surety users. I will follow up here with more information.

Yes Aladdin is now a feature through Surety. Available to the Surety Automation, Home, and Complete service plans.
