I have enabled AI deterrence on my account and have cameras that are compatible. Alarm.com tells me my cameras are updated to the latest firmware. However, when I create a recording rule with the idea of enabling the AI feature I see the following message:
“Please update to the latest firmware…”

There is a newer version of firmware for all of the cameras on your account. You should be able to see the option to update in the Video Device Info page for the cameras.
I’ve gone ahead and sent those updates now. You should have the latest version on the cameras at this time, and you should be able to set up the AI deterrence rules now.
