Is there an updated list from JCI on compatible devices for IQ Panel 4 (319.5MHz Verizon)?
The Aeotec siren listed is no longer made and it looks like “Aeotec Z-Wave Siren 6” is the new version. I just want to confirm its compatibility.

That is the latest per their website.
It still lists the Gen 5 siren as officially compatible, but not the 6
I’ve seen that one (which is a year old), but Google has a 4.1.0 version. Is that more current?
That is an RF sensor compatibility list, not Z-wave devices.
Aha. So what is the guidance then with products that are on the compatible list but are no longer made due to a new version being available? Try at your own risk?
Generally speaking, that is true. Looking back through Qolsys firmware updates for the IQ Panel 2+ they call out improved handling for the Aeotec Z-Wave Siren 6 as an improvement in 2.7.0 firmware, so I would expect you should be ok with the IQ Panel 4.
Apologies, it is the Smart Switch 6, not Smart Siren 6, that is identified in firmware.
I cannot confirm how the Siren will behave unfortunately.
