Good morning, does anyone know how to access programming to the new adt tssc proprietary panel? It is honeywell technology , I Have tried installer code then 800 but nothing happens, can this panel work with surety?
Surety can only do alarm.com (ADC) backend systems…ADT/Honeywell Total Security panel I do not believe supports alarm.com backend.
To use Surety, you would most likely need a new alarm.com panel (2GIG (Honeywell), Qolsys (GE)), and if your sensors are wired, you will need a takeover module. If the sensors are Honeywell wireless, the 2GIG system will most likely support them natively.
Unfortunately, no, that is not an Alarm.com compatible panel.
The above poster is correct, if you have Honeywell 5800 series wireless sensors, you can learn them into a 2GIG panel directly (either GC2 or GC3).
