The IQ Panel 4 is compatible with service through Surety. The most important thing is to make sure ADT unregisters the system by terminating the Alarm.com account associated with the panel. We have had customers who ran into issues with their previous service provider keeping their system registered.
You can check to see if your system is still registered using our module check tool.
You can also ask if they’d be willing to transfer your Alarm.com account to us, but not all service providers are willing to do so
